With 13 offices across Canada and over 200 agents, SalesGamma has a team of sales trainers, managers, and coaches that are responsible for our agent program.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to meet our company's current growth and expansion needs. This role requires a keen understanding of recruitment processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to attract candidates using various sources and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, professional networks) and offline methods (e.g., networking, career fairs).
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Prepare and present shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending offers, negotiating salaries, and facilitating the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter).
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
