We’re hiring a SALES PROFESSIONAL to join our Ontario field team, based in the GREATER TORONTO AREA (GTA).

This is your opportunity to work with some of the most respected professionals in the flooring and building products industry—and be part of a company that values your energy, insight, and drive.

What You'll Do

  • Drive ARDEX and HENRY product sales in the Ontario market
  • Generate new business opportunities with contractors, architects, specifiers, and distributors
  • Conduct hands-on demos, presentations, and product promotions
  • Build lasting relationships and act as a trusted advisor to your customers
  • Support installations with jobsite visits, training, and technical guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class service
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience is essential
  • Building materials or flooring systems preferred
  • Technical aptitude; comfortable reading specs and engaging in technical discussions
  • Customer-first mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
  • High energy, proactive approach, and team-oriented attitude
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs occasionally (e.g., demo kits, product samples)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to travel throughout the territory with occasional overnight stays
  • Must be able to travel to the U.S.A. (Pittsburgh) periodically for training

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum high school diploma with relevant experience
