We’re hiring a SALES PROFESSIONAL to join ourOntario field team, based in the GREATER TORONTO AREA (GTA).

What You'll Do:

  • Drive ARDEX and HENRY product sales in the Ontario market
  • Generate new business opportunities with contractors,architects, specifiers, and distributors
  • Conduct hands-on demos, presentations, and product promotions
  • Build lasting relationships and act as a trusted advisor toyour customers
  • Support installations with jobsite visits, training, andtechnical guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class service
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Experience and Skills:

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience is essential
  • Building materials or flooring systems preferred
  • Technical aptitude; comfortable reading specs and engaging intechnical discussions
  • Customer-first mindset with strong communication andpresentation skills
  • High energy, proactive approach, and team-oriented attitude
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs occasionally (e.g.,demo kits, product samples)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to travel throughout the territory with occasionalovernight stays
  • Must be able to travel to the U.S.A. (Pittsburgh) periodicallyfor training

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum high school diplomawith relevant experience
