Job summary

Schaeffler Motion Tech CA in Canada seeks a senior sales professional responsible for driving automotive/industrial sales growth. You will lead pricing negotiations, develop customer strategies and coordinate with engineering and purchasing teams to secure favorable terms while expanding key accounts.

The role requires a bachelor’s (masters preferred) with 10+ years of experience in related fields, strong MS Office skills, and legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 10 years of automotive or industrial experience in engineering, project management, or sales/account management.
• Authorized to legally work in Canada.
• Experience building customer relationships while maintaining existing business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth per Product Line targets and lead pricing/claims negotiations.
• Lead market analysis and sales planning for global projects.
• Support plant topics for delivery issues and engineering changes.
• Be a key team member of the Actuation sales team and cover other teams as needed.
• Improve processes on commercial topics (Quotes, tooling collection).
• Negotiate terms and conditions; obtain legal support when required.
• Manage confidential topics and external communications with customer purchasing and engineering teams.
• Promote new products and implement changes at production facilities.
• Develop sales planning and strategies for products/customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Sales growth as per Product Line targets, lead negotiations of pricing / claims, lead customer satisfaction metrics, developing the customer strategy for assigned client.
• Lead Market Analysis and sales planning of global projects for customers.

  Internal communication with all functions for preparing quotes and commercial topics,
  Building customer relationships is critical to the success of this role
• Implementing changes at our production facilities, promoting new products as required

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred
• 10 Years of automotive or industrial experience from either engineering, project management or previous sales/account management experience.
