WellCare Insurance Oakville North is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to build a personal and commercial lines book, leveraging markets, technology and mentor support. The role emphasizes prospecting, networking and closing sales with a focus on recurring renewal income.

You will operate in a 100% commission-based environment, with options for remote, hybrid or Oakville office work and a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship and relationship development.

Insurance Sales Producer – Personal & Commercial Lines

Remote | Full-Time | 100% Commission-Based | Uncapped Earning Potential

WellCare Insurance Oakville North is growing, and we are looking for driven Insurance Sales Producers who want to build a strong book of business, develop referral relationships and create recurring renewal income.

We provide the markets, technology, service support, mentorship and brokerage infrastructure.You bring the drive to produce.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and growing your own Personal and Commercial Lines pipeline by:

• Prospecting and generating new business
• Building client, referral partner and centre-of-influence relationships
• Networking and identifying new opportunities
• Quoting and selling Personal and Commercial Lines insurance
• Recommending appropriate coverage solutions
• Cross-selling and rounding accounts
• Maintaining an organized pipeline and follow-up process
• Growing and retaining a profitable book of business

• Hold an active RIBO license or are eligible to obtain one
