Bass Pro Shops in Halifax is seeking a Retail Outfitter to join a team that delivers legendary customer service and deep product knowledge to every guest, helping them select the right gear for their adventures.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with buying decisions, promoting store programs, maintaining signage and displays, resolving issues with good judgment, and staying current on outdoor trends.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a sales or service environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations based on needs.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customers’ expectations.
• Ability to use good judgment and logic.
• Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products is an asset.
