The Role

This role will report to our Sales Operations Manager; primary responsibility will be product pricing, along with all aspects of operations as needed to support our Trade and Retail sales teams.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Sales Closing Reporting
  • Daily quotations and contract pricing to sales reps for specific customer requests
  • Liaising with sales agents for pricing, contract requests, and commissions
  • Product pricing approvals in coordination with product marketing and finance
  • Contract usage reporting and analysis
  • Managing major pricing schedules and promotions
  • Customer/distributor analysis (new and existing) including PL Analysis
  • Customer master updates coordination with shared service center
  • Processing of accounting journal entries for Month End Close
  • Market reporting coordination EFC
  • Balancing critical deadlines regarding sales requirements and corporate deliverables
  • Ad hoc requests to support the business as required
Individual Requirements
  • Business degree, with Pricing or lighting industry experience a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required; Advanced Excel Skills preferred
  • SAP ERP hands-on experience would be desirable
  • Other: Excellent communication, analytical and conceptual thinking, information-seeking, confident, customer service oriented, presentation skills, collaboration, organizational awareness, commitment, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
