The Role
This role will report to our Sales Operations Manager; primary responsibility will be product pricing, along with all aspects of operations as needed to support our Trade and Retail sales teams.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Sales Closing Reporting
Daily quotations and contract pricing to sales reps for specific customer requests
Liaising with sales agents for pricing, contract requests, and commissions
Product pricing approvals in coordination with product marketing and finance
Contract usage reporting and analysis
Managing major pricing schedules and promotions
Customer/distributor analysis (new and existing) including PL Analysis
Customer master updates coordination with shared service center
Processing of accounting journal entries for Month End Close
Market reporting coordination EFC
Balancing critical deadlines regarding sales requirements and corporate deliverables
Ad hoc requests to support the business as required
Individual Requirements
Business degree, with Pricing or lighting industry experience a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required; Advanced Excel Skills preferred
SAP ERP hands-on experience would be desirable
