  • Drive sales pipeline management coordinating and supporting end-to-end sales transactions for the global geotechnical solutions portfolio, ensuring visibility, pipeline cleanliness, forecast accuracy, timely renewals, and strong overall performance.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze Sales KPIs through dashboards, reports, performance metrics, and ad hoc analysis, delivering actionable insights related to win/loss performance, deal velocity, conversion rates, sales productivity, and revenue objectives.
  • Partner closely with Global Sales Operations, Seequent Information Services, Commercial teams, and Sales stakeholders to analyze, document, optimize, and continuously improve sales processes and workflows.
  • Act as the geotechnical portfolio champion for sales tools and processes, leading adoption, change management, and best-practice implementation.
  • Provide strategic guidance and operational support to Sales teams, focusing on opportunity management, pipeline health, and successful deal closure.

Collaborate closely with Sales stakeholders to manage leads, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring efficient execution and a seamless sales process.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, administration, or finance.
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decision-making.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following established processes, procedures, and governance requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, respond quickly, and perform effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Customer-focused, friendly, persistent, patient, innovative, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
