Job summary

EMCO Corporation is seeking a Sales and Operations Associate, a full-time entry-level role designed to train you in warehouse operations, sales support, and cross-functional collaboration. You will learn the foundations of our business during the initial 6–12 months, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.

Graduates can progress into Senior Account Managers, Technical Sales Specialists, Purchasers, and Operations Managers, among other paths, as you advance through a structured training

Qualifications

• College or university degree required.

Responsibilities

• Learn products, sales support, and order processing.
• Involve in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls.
• Process orders from start to finish, including quotes, account management, and delivery coordination.
• Develop outside sales/accounts by finding opportunities, negotiating, and building relationships.
