Qualifications

Job description

The Salesforce Analyst supports the Airlines & Fleets (A&F) Sales, Marketing, and Customers team, along with supporting functions. This role manages the Salesforce CRM database for the A&F division, including system development, deployment, and support. Responsibilities include project management, report and dashboard generation, user training, strategic recommendations, new capability implementation, data cleanup, routine tasks, and executive support. The role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

CRM Strategy & Execution :
  • Lead the strategy and execution for the A&F division’s use of Salesforce, ensuring seamless architecture across facilities and integration with IT systems.
  • Maintain the database's currency, coordinating with IT and third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with other divisions and leadership to maximize value from Salesforce investments, including cross-divisional savings.
  • Ensure high data accuracy, perform data scrubbing, and manage menu items for usability.
  • Support data requests for marketing campaigns and strategic planning.
  • Develop user dashboards with the St. John’s IT team.
  • Provide regular sales and customer demand reports for leadership and facilities management.
  • Facilitate user training and create process documentation.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and social media activities in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing past trends.
  • Support sales agreements, execution, and tracking.
  • Assist Inside Sales & Bid Development teams with key pursuits and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Marketing).
  • Assist with annual expense budgeting.
  • Drive key projects and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
  • Related 4-year post-secondary education (Bachelor’s degree) or 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or IT.
  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with sales/marketing information systems, including Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Salesforce Admin training is a plus.
  • Aptitude for creating dashboards, KPIs, and visual metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, business acumen, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with remote or international teams.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of gas turbine engines is an asset.
