Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive administrative experience, including 2-3 years of direct support to a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Print weekly, daily, and monthly reports as needed for management analysis.
• Track, record, and prioritize all items requiring action by the Manager.
• Support financial reporting and administration to ensure financial accuracy.
• Schedule and organize training for leaders and vendor partners.
• Prepare presentation and support materials for key meetings.
• Assist with repair and client issues in a timely manner.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to assigned departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
