Job description

We are scaling up and looking for an energetic, organized, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Development Representative based in either NA or Europe to help drive our global growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Research, identify, and engage new sales prospects using various tools and strategies.
  2. Outbound Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage key decision-makers and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
  3. CRM Management: Maintain and update sales pipeline activities in our CRM (Active Campaign knowledge is a strong asset).
  4. Sales Enablement Support: Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to support outreach, proposals, and follow-up communications.
  5. Sales Pipeline Development: Track and manage lead progression through the funnel, ensuring timely handoffs to the senior sales team.
  6. Campaign Feedback Loop: Share prospect insights and objections to refine sales messaging and support overall campaign effectiveness.
  7. Optional Event Support: May assist in logistics and preparation for global events; occasional international travel may be required.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales support (B2B or software industry preferred).
  2. Familiarity with CRM tools (especially Active Campaign) and digital marketing platforms.
  3. Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in cold outreach and follow-up conversations.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Comfortable working remotely and across time zones.
  6. Strong research and organizational skills.
  7. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in the fintech, RegTech, or SupTech space.
  • Exposure to international B2B sales cycles or public sector procurement.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing automation, or event coordination.
