Job summary

Traveland RV Supercentres in Grande Prairie, AB, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our RV sales team to new levels of success. You will drive performance, coach staff, and build a culture focused on customer satisfaction and targets.

Candidates should have strong dealership leadership experience, preferably in RVs, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, and the ability to motivate a team through coaching, accountability, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in a dealership.
• RV industry experience preferred; automotive acceptable.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Leadership and coaching skills with team development focus.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Punctual, dependable and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Work with sales staff to set clear goals and coach them to success.
• Create and foster a positive work environment for teamwork and retention.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review training, performance, and alignment.
• Maintain a balanced inventory in new and used sales.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft strategies to reach sales goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support sales team to meet and exceed sales goals

• Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meets it goals in sales.
