Red Hill Toyota in Hamilton is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach a seasoned sales team. The role focuses on desking deals, mentoring Sales Specialists, and driving overall performance while maximizing customer satisfaction.

As part of Parkway Motors Auto Group, the dealership emphasizes a safe, upbeat culture and growth opportunities for a proven leader with strong reporting, communication, and leadership skills. Valid OMVIC and G-Class licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive sales management experience (desking experience strongly preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with a coaching mindset.
• Critical thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Results-oriented, accountable, and driven to exceed targets.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in creating and analyzing reports across multiple platforms.
• Positive, engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Toyota product knowledge is an asset.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing demands.
• Valid G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Valid OMVIC license.

Responsibilities

• Desk deals efficiently, working closely with the Sales Team and customers to maximize gross profit, sales volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to Sales Specialists, helping them improve skills, close rates, and overall performance.
• Monitor daily sales traffic and submit accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with the New & Pre-owned Vehicle Manager to meet departmental goals.
• Support the leadership team with additional duties as required.
