LithologIQ is a Canadian mining technology company transforming how mining and exploration companies analyze drill core. Based in Montreal, we develop hyperspectral core scanners and software that deliver mineralogical insights directly at mine sites.

We are seeking a Sales Manager based in Canada to grow our business across North America, with a strong focus on the United States. This hands-on role requires leveraging your mining industry network, meeting customers, and turning opportunities

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in mining sales or business development.
• Established US industry contacts with mining companies and explorers.
• Proven success in closing B2B deals.

Based in Montreal, we develop advanced multi-sensor hyperspectral core scanners and proprietary software that deliver high-resolution mineralogical insights directly at mine and exploration sites. Our technology combines advanced sensors, edge computing, and AI to provide fast, data-driven geological analysis without traditional laboratory delays.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, well-connected Sales Manager based in Canada to grow our business across North America, with a strong focus on the United States.

This is a hands‑on business development role for someone who already has strong relationships within the mining industry, enjoys meeting customers, and knows how to turn opportunities into sales.

What You'll Do

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across North America, particularly in the US.
• Leverage your existing mining industry network to connect with prospective customers and decision-makers.
• Proactively meet customers, visit mining and exploration sites, and develop new sales opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to demonstrations, proposals, trials, and closing contracts.
• Build lasting relationships with mining companies, exploration teams, and industry partners.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Represent LithologIQ at mining conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experiencein sales or business development within mining, mineral exploration, geological services, or mining technology.
• Established industry contacts in the United States, particularly with mining companies, exploration firms, and key decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business and closing B2B sales.
• Understanding of mineral exploration, drilling operations, or geological services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Independent, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout North America.

Location - Canada

Applicants must be based in Canada and have an established professional network within the US mining industry.

Compensation

Competitive base salary + performance‑based commission.
