Base Salary : CAD $75,000 – $85,000 annually

On-Target Earnings (OTE) : CAD $112,500 – $127,500 annually (includes quarterly and annual performance bonuses)

Company Overview

iKrusher Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales team at our future Mississauga, Ontario location. This role is responsible for setting short- and long-term sales strategies, evaluating sales programs, and implementing product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and revenue potential.

Important Note : iKrusher is in the process of securing the necessary licenses and approvals to operate in Canada. This position is being posted in anticipation of future operations. Employment offers will be contingent upon the company obtaining all required authorizations.

The Sales Manager will report to the Branch Manager – Mississauga and play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, driving sales performance, and achieving a monthly revenue target of $1 million CAD. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to drive team success.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Performance

Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with business objectives.

Evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching to maximize results.

Forecast quarterly and annual profits, tracking progress toward sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.

Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Generate and close new business through outreach, cold calling, and emailing.

Supervise, mentor, and train sales representatives.

Operations & Sales Process Management

Maintain accurate sales reporting, including inventory tracking and IN / OUT status.

Oversee stock control, warehousing, and distribution aligned with ERP systems.

Verify invoices and ensure timely processing and deposit of payments.

Enforce pricing protocols and company sales policies.

Participate in discussions around expansion, acquisitions, and new product launches.

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.

Conduct weekly team meetings and regular 1-on-1 check-ins.

Identify hiring needs and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

Develop budgeting and staffing strategies to optimize team performance.

Job Requirements Experience & Skills

3–5 years in a Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager role.

Experience leading and motivating a sales team.

Proven track record managing KPIs, ROI, and sales performance metrics.

Strong negotiation and customer relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel as needed to meet clients.

Willingness to work extended hours, including occasional seven-day weeks.

Experience in the cannabis or vape hardware industry is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Additional Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Hands-on ERP system experience preferred.

Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in Canada’s regulated cannabis industry (e.g., licensed producer, retail operations, compliance, or supply chain).

Strong understanding of Health Canada regulations and applicable provincial cannabis laws.

Familiarity with cannabis-related product knowledge, industry terminology, and evolving market trends.

Proven ability to operate within a highly regulated environment while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Experience working with cannabis-specific software, seed-to-sale systems, or inventory tracking platforms is an asset.

iKrusher follows public health guidelines to maintain a safe, in-person work environment. This position requires full-time, onsite attendance at our future Mississauga branch.
