Position Overview:

The company is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives in the Indonesian market. This role requires a proactive sales leader with a proven ability to drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and identify high-impact partnership opportunities within the banking and fintech ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • This will be a key position to enable business growth in the Indonesia market.
  • Lead generation, opportunity mapping, pipeline building and solution selling to Senior and Mid management decision makers in top tier Banks / Fintech’s / NBFCs/ Rural Banks/Microfinance
  • Gather required market intelligence for deal making, business growth
  • Responsible for identifying strategic partnership opportunities that will contribute towards overall revenue growth for the company
  • Ensure positive relationship is developed with new & existing partners, and regularly track profitability and performance metrics
  • Being a thought leader for increasing digital presence and channel effectiveness of our partners

Requirements/Criteria: A go-getter with connects in Indonesia banking & fintech ecosystem, can demonstrate track record of generating leads, building client relationships and meeting revenue targets.

  • Sales and Business Development professional with 8+ years of experience in banking sales
  • Knowledge and experience of banking, lending and payments products and their applications in the ecosystem
  • Good communication & negotiations skills
  • Willingness to travel, both within the country and regionally, as required
  • Congenial temperament and ability to work independently to build relationships for the company
