Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives who are focused on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include hiring, training, motivating, and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts. Cintas provides a thorough training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  1. Valid driver's license
  2. Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and intranet/internet
  4. High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred

  1. Sales management experience
  2. 2-5 years' outside sales experience
  3. New business-to-business account development experience
  4. Industrial sales experience
  5. Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $120,000.00 - $170,000.00/Year and is a combination of base salary, and annual target bonus, plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
