We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous minimum 5 years sales experience/2 years sales management experience required
  • Understand the full sales cycle of a deal - from cold call to implementation
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English and strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong experience using CRM Software
  • Goal-oriented self-starter who is dedicated to driving sales and growth
  • Organized and process-driven with a strong ability to research

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of managing a team
  • Real Estate related experience and connection
