We’re seeking a hands-onAI Technical Program Managerto scale and optimize AI-driven workflows for our global SDR team. If you’ve worked in outbound sales or RevOps and have built automations to boost team performance, you’ll feel right at home here.

  • Design and maintain AI-powered systems for lead routing, outreach, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
  • Use tools like n8n, Zapier, Gumloop, LLMs, and APIs to drive efficiency and pipeline growth.
  • Build scalable, repeatable workflows that support global SDR operations.
  • Analyze SDR and sales funnel processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SDR, Sales, and Ops teams to implement and iterate on impactful solutions.
  • Run experiments and track success metrics to guide improvements.

Empower the Team

  • Create clear documentation and onboarding materials for new tools.
  • Provide light training and support to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Act as a connector between SDR, Sales, and Marketing to align automation with GTM goals.

Your profile

  • 2–4 years in SDR, RevOps, Sales Enablement, or similar GTM roles.
  • Experience building or implementing AI/automation tools with measurable impact.
  • Comfortable with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, and APIs.
