Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Toronto, ON. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also includes setting sales targets, monitoring performance, providing mentorship and training, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and leadership
  • Strong skills in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience with TELUS/Koodo products and services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
