Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a strong Sales Leader to coach and train our client's sales team in Saint Anns, Canada. The role leads about 6 reps with ambition to grow as the business expands across major retailers in North America.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably with CPG exposure. Travel to US trade shows is required; a passport is necessary. Competitive compensation with uncapped bonuses supports a high-growth, family-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience.
• CPG industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to go into office 3 days a week in Saint Anns, Canada.
• Passport required for US trade shows (approximately 14 per year).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team of ~6 reps, guiding performance and development.
• Set ambitious sales goals and work with leadership to motivate the team.
• Drive growth, manage activities, and coordinate with retailers and partners.
• Leverage CRM (HubSpot) to track results and inform strategy.

They have been growing exponentially YOY for over a decade and are looking for a true Sales Leader to help coach and train their sales team!
