RONA affiliated dealer network in Canada is seeking a seasoned retail supervisor to lead a department with a strong customer focus and a community presence.

You will oversee priorities, resolve issues, manage merchandising, supervise replenishment, coordinate promotions, assist in recruiting, schedule work, coach teams, and keep store operations running smoothly. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in personnel management or supermarket/retail leadership.
• Experience managing a retail business with customer-facing operations.
• Strong leadership, autonomy and sense of initiative.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company's requirements.
• Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager's directions.
• Supervise the replenishment process.
• Manage promotional activities and stay aware of trends to support marketing strategy.
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility.
• Determine work schedule while adhering to the labour budget and customer needs.
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
