RONA affiliated dealers across Canada are hiring sales professionals to help customers complete renovation projects. In this role, you will greet shoppers, assess needs, demo products, and recommend items to complete a project.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role similar to hardware/home improvement.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Assess customer needs and provide well informed and specialized advice
• Present merchandise, demonstrate items, and recommend complementary products
• Contribute to store merchandising, displays, and signage
• Stay informed of new products and their technical applications
• Contribute to sales targets
• Stay informed of promotions and flyers
• Follow store policies on loss prevention and health and safety
• Handle other related tasks to keep the store running smoothly

Your role:
