- Manage the South AB (Calgary) and North AB (Edmonton) Territories for Residential Concrete Lifting.
- Manage 1 Sales rep in Calgary currently (Plans to grow the team to 8 people to manage in the next two years).
- Initially responsible for selling / pitching to customers and taking them through the full sales cycle as a representative would. Once everything grows, this person will take on more of a managerial role with the opportunity to progress to various regional or even nationwide roles.
- Lead the sales team and manage the Calgary rep as well. Will eventually have the ability to hire their replacement as they move up in the company.
- Receive all leads directly and be responsible for closing the deals (no need to hunt for leads).
- Receive support from the playbook and lead delivery team to close deals, with a defined process and system in place. A team is in place to do the concrete lifting, so you will not be responsible for that work directly.
- Softwares : MS Office, Internal Quoting System.
What you must have :
- Education : High school or university.
- Years of Experience : 4+ preferred in Sales with capabilities to lead teams.
- Must be customer-focused, outgoing, with a positive attitude; optimistic and comfortable dealing with people. Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn, ability to lead and develop people, handle constructive criticism, adaptable, and carry themselves with a high level of honesty and integrity. A closer, go-getter, with a high drive to succeed.
Salary / Rate Range : $60,000 + commission to $100,000
