A rapidly growing travel technology company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives in North America. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales execution, focusing on building relationships and managing the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B sales experience, particularly in SaaS or travel technology, and will work closely with the VP of Commercial to drive market expansion.

As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our growth initiatives across the North American market. Role Overview As Sales Manager for North America, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence across the region. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on sales execution, including nurturing high-value relationships, closing deals, and contributing directly to our market expansion strategy. You’ll work closely with the VP of Commercial to support ongoing commercial engagements and play a key role in onboarding future sales leadership as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and reach across North America.
● Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key industry players and potential partners.
● Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including leading product demos and presentation in collaboration with other team members.
● Build, maintain, and manage a robust pipeline of inbound and outbound sales leads.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and product positioning.
● Represent us at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure alignment and smooth customer experience from pre-sales through delivery. Strategic Focus Areas
● Collaborate closely with the VP of Commercial on current sales opportunities and strategic accounts.
● Contribute to the development of the company’s go-to-market strategy for North America.
● Deliver market analysis and insights into the competitive landscape in the region.
● Support the onboarding and transition of a future commercial leader within the business.
Qualifications
● 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, travel technology, or enterprise software solutions.
● Demonstrated success managing a full sales cycle and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
● Strong understanding of the North American market and business culture.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
● Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is an asset.
