Currently on target with their 10-year growth plan, they are hiring a Sales Manager for their southern Alberta location to lead expansion into British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
Our client is a highly respected manufacturer with a 40-year history, known for superior quality, strong core values, and a company that backs everything they do. With a strong design team, proven manufacturing practices, and impressive logistics, they have built a strong customer following. The newly developed sales team requires a leader to assist in expanding into new territories, as well as coaching and mentoring the team to sustain their success.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will identify new business opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and develop strategic sales plans to expand market presence. The client segments include home-builders, contractors, architects, designers, and renovators.
