Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Automotive Sales Management experience.

• Valid VSA license.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.

• Monitor and coach the sales team to meet targets.
• Assist sales consultants with closing deals and handling inquiries.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve escalations promptly.
• Stay updated on inventory, financing options, and product knowledge.

Who You Are

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of Automotive Sales Management with a proven track record
• License: Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Certification: Valid VSA license.
• Customer Skills: Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Performance Monitoring and Coaching: Monitor and analyze Sales Consultant performance, train and coach the sales team to meet sales targets.
• Sales Support: Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries
• Customer Interaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by managing customer issues and escalations effectively.
• Inventory and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and industry trends.
• Metrics and Reporting: Measure and report sales metrics, monitor actual performance against plans.
