Job summary

North Shore Acura, part of the Dilawri Group of Companies, is hiring a Sales Lot Attendant to ensure the lot and delivery area showcase vehicles in prime condition. You will work with the sales team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, supporting a superior customer experience.

The role emphasizes vehicle detailing, inventory upkeep, and coordination with managers for daily readiness and safety during winter and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must provide a current ICBC Driver’s Abstract.
• Ability to cooperate professionally with colleagues across departments.
• Capable of safely operating dealership equipment and vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all vehicle inventory in a clean, organized, display-ready condition.
• Ensure vehicles are fully detailed and prepared for delivery to customers.
• Start vehicle engines regularly to check for operational concerns and recharge batteries as required.
• Keep inventory arranged neatly across the lot and ensure delivery areas are clear.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and remove debris from vehicles and surrounding areas.
• Organize and store supplies at the end of each day.

Position Overview

The Sales Lot Attendant at North Shore Acuraplays akey role in supporting the dealership’s sales operations by ensuring that allvehicles on the lot and in the delivery area are presented in optimalcondition. Reporting to the Sales Manager (or designate), this positioncontributes to an exceptional customer experience through the professionalpresentation, organization, and readiness of vehicle inventory. The LotAttendant works collaboratively with the sales team to maintain a clean,orderly, and safe environment across the lot and dealership grounds.

The expectedpayfor this position is$19 - $20.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

· Maintain all vehicle inventory in a clean,organized, and display ‑ ready condition.

· Ensure vehicles are fully detailed and preparedfor delivery to customers.

· Start vehicle engines regularly to check foroperational concerns such as dead batteries; recharge batteries as required.

· Keep all inventory arranged in a neat andorderly fashion across the lot.

· Maintain cleanliness of the lot, delivery area,and workspaces by removing debris, trash, and clutter from vehicles andsurrounding areas.

· Ensure delivery areas remain clear of othervehicles and obstructions.

· Organize and store all supplies at the end ofeach day.

· During winter months, clear snow and ice fromvehicles, entryways, walkways, and dealership access points to maintain safety.

· Perform additional duties as assigned bymanagement to support dealership operations.

Qualifications Required

· Ability to provide a current ICBC Driver’sAbstract (driver’s record).

· Ability to work cooperatively and professionallywith colleagues across departments.

· Capability to safely operate assigned dealershipequipment and vehicles.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment tohigh-quality standards.

· Legally entitled to work in Canada.
