Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies’ White Rock Honda dealership is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant to support vehicle presentation and dealership operations. You will ensure every vehicle on the lot and in the delivery area is clean, detailed, and ready for customers, reporting to the Sales Manager.

You will work with the sales team to maintain an organized, safe lot, start engines to check condition, and perform daily upkeep, including winter snow removal.

Qualifications

• Current ICBC Driver’s Abstract.
• Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues across departments.
• Ability to safely operate dealership equipment and vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle inventory in a clean, display-ready condition.
• Ensure vehicles are fully detailed and prepared for delivery to customers.
• Start vehicle engines regularly to check for operational concerns.
• Keep inventory organized and neatly arranged across the lot.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and safety by removing debris and clutter.
• Ensure delivery areas remain clear of vehicles and obstructions.
• Organize and store supplies at the end of each day.
• During winter months, clear snow and ice from vehicles and access points.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Position Overview

The Sales Lot Attendant at White Rock Honda plays akey role in supporting the dealership’s sales operations by ensuring that allvehicles on the lot and in the delivery area are presented in optimalcondition. Reporting to the Sales Manager (or designate), this positioncontributes to an exceptional customer experience through the professionalpresentation, organization, and readiness of vehicle inventory. The LotAttendant works collaboratively with the sales team to maintain a clean,orderly, and safe environment across the lot and dealership grounds.

The expectedpayfor this position is$18.25-$21.00 per hour.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain all vehicle inventory in a clean,organized, and display ‑ ready condition.
• Ensure vehicles are fully detailed and preparedfor delivery to customers.
• Start vehicle engines regularly to check foroperational concerns such as dead batteries; recharge batteries as required.
• Keep all inventory arranged in a neat andorderly fashion across the lot.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lot, delivery area,and workspaces by removing debris, trash, and clutter from vehicles andsurrounding areas.
• Ensure delivery areas remain clear of othervehicles and obstructions.
• Organize and store all supplies at the end ofeach day.
• During winter months, clear snow and ice fromvehicles, entryways, walkways, and dealership access points to maintain safety.
• Perform additional duties as assigned bymanagement to support dealership operations.

Qualifications Required

• Ability to provide a current ICBC Driver’sAbstract (driver’s record).
• Ability to work cooperatively and professionallywith colleagues across departments.
• Capability to safely operate assigned dealershipequipment and vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment tohigh-quality standards.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
