Job summary

Capilano Audi is seeking a Part-time Sales Lot Attendant to support the dealership’s sales operations by keeping all vehicles on the lot and delivery area presented in optimal condition.

The position reports to the Sales Manager and contributes to an exceptional customer experience through professional presentation, organization, and readiness of inventory. The expected pay is $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current ICBC Driver’s Abstract is required.
• Able to work cooperatively with colleagues across departments.
• Ability to safely operate dealership equipment and vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in clean, display-ready condition.
• Ensure vehicles are detailed and ready for delivery.
• Start engines to check for issues and recharge batteries as needed.
• Keep inventory neatly organized across the lot.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and clear delivery areas of obstructions.
• Organize and store supplies at day end.

Position Overview

The Part-timeSales Lot Attendant at Capilano Audiplays akey role in supporting the dealership’s sales operations by ensuring that allvehicles on the lot and in the delivery area are presented in optimalcondition. Reporting to the Sales Manager (or designate), this positioncontributes to an exceptional customer experience through the professionalpresentation, organization, and readiness of vehicle inventory. The LotAttendant works collaboratively with the sales team to maintain a clean,orderly, and safe environment across the lot and dealership grounds.

The expectedpayfor this position is$19.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain all vehicle inventory in a clean,organized, and display ‑ ready condition.
• Ensure vehicles are fully detailed and preparedfor delivery to customers.
• Start vehicle engines regularly to check foroperational concerns such as dead batteries; recharge batteries as required.
• Keep all inventory arranged in a neat andorderly fashion across the lot.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lot, delivery area,and workspaces by removing debris, trash, and clutter from vehicles andsurrounding areas.
• Ensure delivery areas remain clear of othervehicles and obstructions.
• Organize and store all supplies at the end ofeach day.
• During winter months, clear snow and ice fromvehicles, entryways, walkways, and dealership access points to maintain safety.
• Perform additional duties as assigned bymanagement to support dealership operations.

Qualifications Required

• Ability to provide a current ICBC Driver’sAbstract (driver’s record).
• Ability to work cooperatively and professionallywith colleagues across departments.
• Capability to safely operate assigned dealershipequipment and vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment tohigh-quality standards.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
