Job summary

Southside Nissan, part of the Dilawri Group of Companies, seeks a proactive Lot Manager to oversee day-to-day lot operations, supervise attendants, and maintain a customer-focused environment in Vancouver.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team, with responsibilities including staff scheduling, lot standards, and vehicle flow. This role offers growth within Canada’s largest automotive group.

Qualifications

• Be extremely organized.
• Be self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Possess a valid British Columbia Driver’s License and be able to drive manual and automatic.
• Present a current driver’s abstract (ICBC record).
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies for the lot.
• Supervise, train and evaluate subordinate employees.
• Submit periodic lot reports to higher management.
• Improve parking procedures to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Inspect the lot and ensure proper conditions for parking.
• Perform minor maintenance of lot equipment.
• Promote high standards of customer service.
• Organize training sessions for team development.
• Assign duties and evaluate performance.
• Oversee lot cleanliness for smooth drive-in/out.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Overview

Southside Nissanis seeking a proactive Lot Managerto oversee day‑to‑day lot operations, lead a team of lot attendants, and ensurea clean, organized, and customer‑focused environment.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and ableto work both independently and as part of a team. As Lot Manager, you willmanage staff scheduling, maintain lot standards, support efficient vehicleflow, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. This role offersstrong growth potential within Canada’s largest automotive group.

The expectedpayfor this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies for the lot
• Supervise, train and evaluate subordinateemployees
• Issue and submit periodic lot reports to thehigher management
• Devise and recommend ways to enhance theeffectiveness of parking procedures to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Inspect the lot physically and ensure properphysical conditions are available for parking
• Conduct minor maintenance of lot equipment
• Promote and demonstrate high standards ofcustomer service
• Organize training sessions for development andgrooming of the team
• Assign duties to the lot employees and evaluatetheir performance
• Oversee the cleanliness of the lot to facilitatesmooth drive in and drive out
• This position will be expected to perform otherduties as assigned by management

Qualifications Required

• Be able to work effectively against deadlines
• Possess a valid British Columbia Driver’sLicense, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and present acurrent copy of your driver’s abstract (ICBC driver’s record) for review
• Ability to operate assigned equipment
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
