Job summary

Owens Corning in Toronto, ON seeks a Sales Leader to develop and execute growth strategies with our most strategic customers. You will lead account planning, drive revenue, and build executive-level relationships across functions to deliver customer-focused solutions and profitable growth.

Job description

As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships with Owens Corning's most strategic customers. This role leads account planning, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver business objectives while strengthening customer relationships and expanding market opportunities.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to key customers while partnering closely with Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other business functions to deliver customer-focused solutions and drive profitable growth. Success in this role requires strong commercial leadership, financial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence and lead across a matrixed organization.

Position Location:

Toronto, ON (60-70% travel required)

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and execute strategic customer plans that drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer success.

  • Drive accountability and execution excellence across customer-facing activities and business priorities.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance customer experience, business processes, and commercial effectiveness.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Ability to travel 60-70%.
