Job summary

Little Burgundy is seeking a committed Sales Lead to support store management, mentor associates, and drive sales performance at our Halifax location. You will coach staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

You should be capable of multi-tasking, motivate a team, and handle opening/closing duties while maintaining Loss Prevention practices. Night and weekend shifts required; bilingualism valued.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and sales drive.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work nights/weekends as required.
• Interpretation and use of brand standards in-store.
• Cares about integrity and teamwork and will contribute to a positive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing policies.
• Perform all opening and closing duties according to policy.
• Supervise all daily store operations in management's absence.
• Oversee loss prevention practices when management is not present.
• Communicate store needs to management promptly.
• Complete all assigned tasks and required training.
• Deliver a fun, full-service experience to customers.
