  • Sales Leader (Hyperscale) – Remote (Canada or US based) - $Negotiable

With facilities in multiple metro regions and a focus on sustainability, network neutrality, and power scalability, the provider offers colocation, interconnection, and cloud on-ramp services tailored to enterprise and cloud-native workloads. Backed by institutional investors and led by experienced industry executives, the company has grown rapidly through acquisitions and organic expansion. Its infrastructure is designed to meet the rising demands of AI, content delivery, and low-latency applications.

Role overview :

As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for building and executing go-to-market strategies that attract and grow relationships with major cloud service providers, hyperscalers, and enterprise clients. You’ll lead strategic engagements, structure multi-million dollar deals, and act as the voice of the customer within the organization. An overview of the responsibilities includes :

  • Develop and own the sales strategy for Canada’s hyperscale market.
  • Cultivate executive relationships with CSPs, OTTs, and global hyperscale clients.
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycles, including RFPs, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical, legal, operations, and finance teams.
  • Drive revenue growth and build a high-performance sales pipeline.

Required Experience :

  • Proven experience (5–10+ years) in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the data center, cloud, or hyperscale industries.
  • Experience in closing deals at 10MW+ in data center space.
  • Strong understanding of colocation, connectivity, and infrastructure economics.
  • Established relationships with hyperscale or cloud decision-makers is a strong plus.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in long-cycle, high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
