Aviva Canada is looking for seasoned, high performing and sales-driven Insurance Advisor to join our rapidly growing Direct Insurance team. As a Sales Insurance Advisor, you'll play a critical role in driving individual and team success through strong sales execution, exceptional service, and personal lines underwriting.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional results through expert advice, advanced underwriting skills, and a commitment to sales excellence. You'll be responsible for delivering sales targets, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and helping to build a high-performance sales culture. You'll be supporting the team by sharing knowledge and modeling best-in-class performance, while also driving individual sales targets and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will be required to work five 7.5 hour shifts per week/37.5 hours per week within these hours of operation. The role requires working from the office full-time.
