  • Own the recruitment process from first contact to placement
  • Headhunt and network like it’s your full-time job (because it is)
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience every single time
  • Build & manage client relationships like a boss
  • Grow accounts and land repeat business
  • Keep clients happy (so they send you more work)

Proven sales or biz dev experience—you live for the thrill of the deal
