Why This Role, Why Now
Our client is building something rare: a global business consulting platform focused on supporting entrepreneurs as they navigate bold personal and professional transitions. With momentum accelerating and new markets opening, they are hiring a Sales Account Executive to engage with prospective clients making complex, high-stakes decisions.
The opportunity? To be the trusted first point of contact—guiding people through a meaningful, high-value engagement journey rooted in trust, clarity, and empathy.
This is a critical hire. The Sales Account Executive will play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying needs and helping individuals move forward with confidence. It's a fit for someone who blends emotional intelligence with commercial acumen, and who’s energized by supporting people through pivotal moments.
This is a full-time, remote position based in the Vancouver or surrounding area, with a flexible schedule.
The Role at a Glance
This isn’t a grind-it-out BDR job. It’s not a transactional SaaS sale. And it’s not about pushing product to cold leads. This is a relationship-first, engagement role—ideal for someone who is mature, thoughtful, and persuasive without being pushy. You’ll be speaking with individuals making significant life choices, often involving major personal or professional transitions. That requires clarity, warmth, discretion, and the ability to hold space for complex motivations while guiding people toward confident decisions.
You’ll be supported by well-defined systems, templates, and CRM tools, and will collaborate closely with a dedicated intake team that handles eligibility and approvals.
