About the Job:

As an Enterprise Account Executive specializing in Technology-Enabled Cybersecurity Services, you will acquire and manage relationships with enterprise clients. Your role involves leveraging sales expertise and security solution knowledge to drive revenue and deliver value through our managed security and professional services to large enterprise organizations. You will address their security challenges and needs using your cybersecurity knowledge and sales skills.

The ideal candidate will proactively network and sell to multiple contacts within organizations, including C-Suite executives. You will manage and develop customer relationships, providing a consultative sales approach that ensures high-quality account management. This position is remote with regional travel as needed.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive new business by engaging in top-of-funnel activities to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  2. Identify and pursue new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and existing relationships.
  3. Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
  5. Articulate the value of our managed and professional services, demonstrating how they resolve client pain points and deliver outcomes.
  6. Prepare and present customized proposals, including pricing, implementation plans, and SLAs.
  7. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM systems.
  10. Prepare reports and forecasts on sales performance, pipeline, and market opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  2. At least 5 years of successful enterprise sales experience, particularly in managed or professional services or similar IT solutions.
  3. Strong understanding of managed services, cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and response strategies.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, capable of working independently and in teams.
  7. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
