Job summary

Assemble is seeking a dynamic business development professional to join our Toronto team. You will reach out to senior executives, invite them to join high-impact leadership summits, and spot new business opportunities across multiple channels.

You’ll stay informed on industry shifts and build lasting relationships with leaders from top companies to deliver standout events. You don’t need decades of experience—just drive, curiosity, and a consultative approach to learning what makes leaders

Qualifications

• A post-secondary degree.
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong communication skills - especially the confidence to lead conversations over the phone
• A natural curiosity and a consultative approach to learning what makes leaders tick
• Willingness to reach out to senior decision-makers and build relationships from the first call
• A self-starter attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Comfort working toward ambitious goals in a fast-moving, supportive environment
• A genuine interest in helping others make smarter decisions through great peer conversations

Responsibilities

• A competitive compensation structure - OTE ranges from $80,000 - $120,000 with a base salary of $40,000. Commissions are earned in USD, converted into CAD dollars - with no cap on your earning potential.
