A Day in the Life:

  1. Help grow and build our Roofing Service business
  2. Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients
  3. Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
  4. Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
  5. Attend association, industry, and networking events
  6. Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
  7. Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
  8. Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
  9. Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner
  10. Ability to conduct presentations virtually
  11. Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives

What You Bring:

  1. Experience working in the roofing/construction industry
  2. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
  3. Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
  4. Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)
  5. Clear understanding of contract documents
