Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist in Toronto to serve as the central operational support between sales and internal functions. You will manage customer accounts in Salesforce, SAP, and DVI, coordinate account readiness, and ensure data integrity across systems.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, support sales reporting, and maintain pricing data while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to improve processes and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or related functions.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, reporting, or customer management systems; Excel and Power BI preferred.
• Basic understanding of SQL; Salesforce and SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of optical lens products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update customer accounts across Salesforce, SAP, and DVI.
• Coordinate account readiness with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Shipping.
• Ensure data accuracy, handle changes and cleanup per policies.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and sales reports from multiple sources.
• Maintain pricing information across systems and support pricing governance.
• Act as central point of contact for sales operations inquiries and requests.
