Job Summary

Supermicro Computer, Inc. is seeking a Sales Director responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of our sales process. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, evaluating new and existing opportunities, and negotiating successful partnerships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop new accounts in assigned regions.
  2. Approach customers in Government, Data centers/Cloud, Gaming, and HPC sectors.
  3. Handle outbound calls to potential customers, including System Integrators, VARs, OEMs.
  4. Identify and develop new accounts, create target lists for vertical markets.
  5. Manage customer relationships, negotiate prices, monitor inventory, and facilitate orders and returns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • At least 12 years of sales experience in the computer industry, including cold calling, lead qualification, and contract negotiation.
  • Proven ability to sell technology into corporate accounts.
  • Strong communication skills across disciplines and cultures.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
Salary Range

$159,000 - $193,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and potential bonuses.
