About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and customer engagement for Reusables.com. In this role, you will identify and connect with potential customers, qualify leads, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts. What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and research potential customers across various channels.
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage prospects.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess their fit for our services.

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain and organize leads in the CRM system for efficient tracking.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives.
  • Track and report on outreach performance and lead conversion metrics.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to align on campaign strategies and lead generation efforts.
  • Provide insights from prospects to sales and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives.

Continuous Improvement

  • Refine outreach messaging and strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and Reusables.com’s evolving product offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.
What You’ll Bring To The Team:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Passion for sustainability and mission-driven businesses.

Please note: This is a hybrid position with a minimum of one day working from our beautiful office in Downtown Vancouver.

Compensation: $50,000 + Commission + Stock Options
