As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are responsible for researching, prospecting, and conducting cold outreach (calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging) to build the sales pipeline, and your sales funnel, to support the growth of our SaaS solutions and hardware products. You will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and building relationships with potential clients both online and in person through various trade shows in North America. You will own the entire sales cycle and will be working to book, and complete 5+ demos a week, and win the business for Jubo. You will directly impact the growth of our business by targeting and generating leads to Long Term Care and Senior Care Facility Operators. You’ll collaborate with our team on targeted campaigns and innovative sales processes designed to build a strong customer base in North America.
Experience selling SaaS Solutions and medical devices and technologies is an asset. We will provide in-depth training on our products, services, and the latest sales processes, and you will continuously learn about the high-growth senior care industry.
You will report to our National Sales Manager – North America located in Calgary, Alberta. You’ll be working alongside other SDR’s to meet our sales targets. This team model allows for a lot of collaboration, sharing stories and best practices. Our leadership style is based on an individualistic approach enabling you to succeed in this role and your career at Jubo.
Our North America head office is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This is a remote/hybrid position that resides in Canada. We currently have team members working in Calgary, Vancouver, and Toronto. You will be required to attend meetings at the head office in Calgary periodically.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary plus performance-based commissions and a benefits package .
