As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring financing solutions. You'll engage and qualify warm leads, driving the sales pipeline. This high-volume, people-focused role requires strong listening skills, empathy, and a passion for guiding customers toward the best home financing option for their needs.
Make approximately 30 calls per day to inbound leads
Introduce Lotly, explain our home financing products, and answer customer questions
Effectively qualify and disqualify customers looking for home financing products
Follow up with previously contacted leads and manage pipeline utilizing Salesforce
Convert approximately 100 of your leads into high quality opportunities each month
Ensure smooth and effective hand-offs to sales executives
This is a fully remote role with occasional travel to our Toronto office and other offsite locations. While the position is remote, you must be based in Canada—ideally in Ontario—to align with Eastern Time (EST) working hours. Your regular hours will be 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
1+ years of customer-facing professional experience
Located in Canada and legally authorized to work
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
High EQ – excellent with people
Persistent, consistent, and customer-focused
Ability to stay organized and take detailed notes in a fast-paced environment
Low ego, collaborative, and eager to be coached
Ability to understand and articulate financial concepts
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Have a quiet workspace for customer calls
