Role Description

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (Contract, Remote) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding Incubella’s client base by identifying new business opportunities, initiating conversations with potential clients, and helping convert leads into sales-ready prospects. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to shape outreach strategies, communicate our value proposition, and contribute directly to our growth. This role has a competitive commission based structure with lots of potential to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively research, identify, and qualify potential leads
  • Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Articulate the value of Incubella’s services to decision-makers
  • Manage and track prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and close opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and help refine lead generation strategies

Qualifications :

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and results-driven attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
