Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative in Canada to learn recruiting and full sales cycle, identifying target accounts, making cold calls, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth with delivery and sales teams.

You will build client relationships, negotiate terms, and participate in onboarding to become an Account Manager in due course. The role offers strong earning potential with commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have a Sales Degree/ Certification OR 1-2 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of recruiting and sales; participate in all steps of the sales process.
• Identify target accounts in defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings with targets.
• Generate leads and support revenue growth by working with Delivery and Sales teams.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to ensure market alignment while maximizing profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships within accounts and market resumes of ideal candidates.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to support territory planning and workforce strategy.
