Job summary

Aerotek in Canada is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative. You will learn recruiting and sales fundamentals, identify target accounts in a defined territory, and start by making cold calls to set meetings with prospective clients.

You will work with the Delivery and Sales teams to build relationships, generate leads, and support revenue growth. The role offers comprehensive onboarding, performance-based incentives, and a clear path toward Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a Sales Degree/ Certification or 1-2 years of sales experience (internships encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of recruiting and sales through onboarding.
• Identify target accounts in defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings.
• Build client relationships, generate leads, and support revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams to service accounts.
• Apply Aerotek SOLVE methodology to target and engage clients.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to maximize profitability.
