Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales.
Strong desire for a career in Business-to-Business sales.

Responsibilities

Serve as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for respective territory.
Establish target accounts and prospects using internal and external resources.
Identify, develop, and manage customer relationships leveraging CRMs and networking tools.
Conduct well-prepared face-to-face meetings with decision makers and qualify opportunities.
Increase sales and market share through assigned and new accounts.
Negotiate bill rates and terms to maximize profitability.
Build relationships within accounts by providing quality consultants.
